We have invested in new siding and windows for our 715 S. State Street location. We think that our current and future tenants will appreciate the updated look and benefits of our newly installed insulated vinyl windows. These windows are now more efficient and easier to open and close. The house gained an additional entry/exit and now boasts a sliding patio door. This will allow our tenants to step out on the future planned 12' x 12' backyard deck. The fenced backyard is perfect for friendly dogs. The garage has gained an updated look too and now has new vinyl siding and a new roof to keep things dry!
